Being firm and knowing what you want shows how confident you are, the real estate business requires a lot of time and effort, especially for a new agent working alongside agents who have over 20 years of experience under their belts. In order for new agents to execute a sale successfully, they have to be determined and focus to take on any challenges that come with selling a house.
One way new agents get exposure is by reaching out to other agents and offering to host an open house for them in exchange for buyer’s details that are ready to buy. This is a great way to reach out to realtors and have an opportunity to engage with buyer’s who are eager to buy. This process is something that agents have been doing for years to try to expand to a wider audience.

Go all in; make real estate your first priority while setting a realistic time frame. Focusing all of your time on becoming a good agent is like starting a new business; businesses need time and money to start generating sales. Don’t get frustrated if you don’t make money in the first year or so many businesses take around 14 to 20 months to see money coming in on a regular basis.

Being a real estate agent is more about whom you know and not about the sales, this is why thinking outside the box to reach a wider audience is so crucial. #4 – Check Your Online Reputation
Being active online shows that you’re in it to win and not just here for the show. We’re living in the 21-century where anyone can look up information on any individual so make sure your online reputation is clean and don’t have negative reports with your name on it because this can really affect your sales and relationships with clients.
Start off by using Google and searching your name frequently, post from clients that weren’t happy with your service may do some damage to your reputation if you do have negative reviews reach out to those clients and try to do your best to make it better and try to convince them to delete it. Your own social media comments might come back and haunt you if you say something negative to an old client.
